"I just want to say that my agent at state farm went absolutely above and beyond for me. I was just shopping around for quotes because the insurance company (Progressive) I was with kept raising prices. After my last renewal they raised my insurance almost $70!!! I was with this company for 8, almost 9 years! I honestly thought I had pretty good full coverage insurance. After talking to the agent at state farm that was helping me, I realized (my own conclusion) I was being taken advantage of. Not only did my agent help me with getting amazing coverage that is 3x (maybe even 4x) better than the coverage I had, she also helped with bundling in renters insurance and extra financial coverage if im ever in an accident and can not work for a period of time. She went above and beyond my expectations and I am truly grateful. She saved me $100 a month and as a mother, that amount of money goes a long way for necessities. She was professional, understanding, compassionate about my end of things and just amazing to work with. I felt a weight lifted off my chest and more importantly I felt heard. I wasn't a number or quota to make. I was treated like a human being and honestly it just went so smoothly. I felt like I was talking with an old friend catching up. My previous insurance company (Progressive) never made me feel like I mattered. I was just a number to them. It didn't matter to them that I've been a loyal customer for almost 9 years. Interaction with my previous insurance was always rushed and I never felt heard. I figured this was the norm and im pleased to be proven wrong. Without a doubt in my mind I'd recommend state farm. I even told co workers about my experience and I know a few will be calling in to get a quote. Im not just extremely happy with my experience but astounded by the care given. "Sam Tibbits was extremely helpful and personable. My situation was more complex, plus I was looking for a bundled policy, but with different start dates for each type of coverage. He breezed through it and was really informative. He went above and beyond and gave valuable personal input which helped me keep the cost lower, while still getting what I needed! He was not pushy or "salesman-y" like I've experienced elsewhere. I like that he is even a local resident who knows the area "like a good neighbor." 😆 I'm very happy with my low bill, and I genuinely feel like I'll actually be well supported with State Farm."

"We have been with State Farm at the Princeton location back to the time when Curt Van Oort was the agent in charge. Fast forward a few years and now that Curt has moved on, we have a new “sheriff in town” and his name is Sam Tibbits. My wife and I happened to be on vacation when we received a call from their agency asking to set up a meeting in order to meet Sam and go over our insurance policies. We were both immediately impressed by the fact that he actually cared enough to want to meet us in person rather than an impersonal call or email like other agencies would most likely do. Meeting day was equally impressive. Sam was punctual, charismatic, knowledgeable and friendly. "Well, I was looking for new insurance and had an independent insurance agent in the past who was also very good but I had seperate policies for my classic car and motorcycles. I was also looking for a good deal, simplicity and all in one along with a good digital interface. I was also tired of switching policies every once in a while. Max reached out to me via phone while I was actually looking at other carriers. He was a very impressionable, nice, kind, patient, knowledgeable and funny guy. The process was relatively flawless, Max offered a great point of view and went over every detail. Pointing out things in my old insurance as well as other things in the prospective insurance as well. Everything was pretty comparable in price and coverage (pretty sure i actually got better coverage AND price than previous quotes after all was said and done) which to be honest was pretty irrelevant to me since all my other boxes were checked its just a bonus and you scored loyalty points. Bill breakdown was good, lots of options to consider and lots of options to consider for the future as well. I hate to say it and I am sure this is said a lot in these reviews but.... Like a good Neighbor, State Farm is there - and so are you guys. Thank you for the card as well."
